so turn it up and burn it is from a Stone Temple Pilots song. All graphics/coding is done by myself, of course.
THE WEBMASTER » Rose. Nineteen years
old, going on forty and somedays, fourteen. Lives in THE city,
New York City, and attends University. Majoring in Anthropology and Asian Studies. Has a
love affair with languages; Korean, French, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, Polish, and Hebrew. Works at Barnes & Noble. Has many
hobbies and a lot of
favorites. Enjoys colorful things, but her favorite color is
gray, except her old art teacher told her it was a shade, so technically it's
green. Kind of like Slytherin colors, speaking of which, she is slightly fixated on
Harry Potter, not to mention
Animanga and anything drawn by Kaori Yuki. Talks in third-person POV a lot, but actually prefers
second. Talks entirely too much sometimes.

IN-DEPTH » I am a very liberal person, for the most part. I dislike homophobic and racist people to a great extreme, and I believe in
tolerance. I am an Atheist, but consider people that joke about others' religons very rude and ignorant. I am more statistical than artsy, but believe self-expression, in
any form, is very important, whether it comes to piercings, tattoos, hair colors, or more extreme forms. As much as I dislike some politicians, I believe some form of government is necessary to make the world go 'round. If I ever run for president you probably shouldn't vote for me, because I'm the type that will become a dictator. I am a high-mach and proud of it. I am opinionated and I like rules, but I am also very
fair. A static person is a
boring person. I believe that without change, we would never get anywhere.
I consider education and educators to be vital to our society, but dislike anyone of a higher authority that
abuses their position. I do not wish for world peace, but for a better world understanding and cooperation. I think something needs to be done about the
poverty-wealth distribution, and in another life I was probably a
Socialist.
Most importantly, I realize that, despite what I may complain about or wish for,
duty is a key part of everyone's life, and we should all try our hardest to be good citizens of whatever country we live in and only with that, can we come close to creating a
utopia.
